Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure will extend across the eastern
and central Gulf of Mexico through early next week. This pattern
will support continued gentle winds and mostly slight seas
across the Gulf through the next several days.  

.THIS AFTERNOON...S winds 5 to 10 kt in the afternoon. Seas 3 to
4 ft. Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.TONIGHT...SW to W winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to NE to E after
midnight. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.SAT...SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft. Scattered showers and
isolated tstms. 
.SAT NIGHT...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.SUN...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SUN NIGHT...NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...Weak ridging through the central Bahamas will
support mostly light breezes and slight seas north of 22N
through early next week, and moderate trade winds and moderate
seas south of 22N at least through Sat. Meanwhile, an area of
low pressure currently well to the southeast over the central 
tropical Atlantic will approach the waters northeast of the 
Leeward Islands Sun and Mon. There is a medium chance this low 
pressure will form into a tropical cyclone over the next couple
of days. Regardless of development, expect increased winds,
seas,  and thunderstorms northeast of the Leeward Islands Sun
into Mon. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...S winds 5 to 10 kt in the afternoon. Seas 3 ft.
Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft in the evening,
subsiding to 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.SAT...S of 27N,E winds 5 to 10 kt. N of 27N,SW winds less than
5 kt, shifting to SE to S in the afternoon. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT NIGHT...E winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and S less than 5 kt N
of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and isolated tstms.
