.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Dorian near 23.8N 69.1W 979 mb at 5 AM EDT
moving NW aT 10 kt. Maximum sustained winds 90 kt gusts 110 kt.
Dorian will move to 24.8N 70.3W this afternoon, 25.6N 72.0W Sat
morning, 26.1N 73.8W Sat afternoon, 26.4N 75.5W Sun morning, and
26.7N 78.3W Mon morning. Dorian will change little in intensity
as it moves inland near 26.9N 80.1W Tue morning, then weaken
some as it continues inland near 28.1N 81.4W Wed morning. On its
current forecast path, effects from Dorian could start to be
felt over portions of the eastern Gulf of Mexico as early as
Sunday night. Elsewhere, a low pressure trough will move west
across the eastern Gulf today, central Gulf Saturday, then into
the western Gulf by Sunday.

morning, and 26.7N 78.3W Mon morning. Dorian will change little
in intensity as it moves inland near 26.9N 80.1W Tue morning,
then weaken some as it continues inland near 28.1N 81.4W Wed
morning. On the forecast  track, Dorian should move over the
Atlantic well east of the  southeastern and central Bahamas
today, approach the northwestern Bahamas Saturday, and move near
or over portions of the  northwest Bahamas on Sunday. Dorian is
expected to become a major hurricane later today and remain an
extremely dangerous  hurricane through the weekend.
