.SYNOPSIS...Persistent low pressure over the SE United States
will maintain moderate to fresh SW flow over the eastern Gulf of 
Mexico into early next week.

.TONIGHT...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 ft in the late evening and overnight.

.SYNOPSIS...Weak low pressure will develop today along a surface
trough north of Puerto Rico, then lift northward and pass near
Bermuda tonight. High pressure will build westward across the
region in the wake of this low and persist through early next
week.
